Interview
You have to apply online, then they filter out per resume. Once done they ask you come in for an interview day, you have to do a IQ exam, a group interview and 2:1 interview all in one day.

first you get a group discussion about certain cases. You have to choose
which role you play and perform well during the case task work. If you have a good job you will enter the partner view.

Case study and excel financial modeling test with requirement for establishing Balance sheet, PnL and cash flow statement, overall not very easy but doable for something who graduate from Finance and accounting, it takes approximately 3h to complete the test
