I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview Process in the recruitment is divided in 3 stages: Group Dynamics, Individual Tests and Individual Interviews. In the Group Dynamics they present you with multiple logic challenges and evaluate your group's solution as well as your performance within the group. After that you have to complete a Personality Test, and a Test to evaluate your reaction to different workplace scenarios. Also a Business English test will need to be performed if you don't have an english certificate. Finally in the individual interview they ask general questions about the company and the area that most interest you, followed by questions regarding past experiences in your life. My persona experience wasn't very good because I was the last one to be interviewed and it was very fast. After that they took more than a month to give me an answer and didn't even provide a feedback, just a general e-mail explaining I didn't fit the companies needs at that moment.
