EXOGROUP interview questions

Nice 45 min talk with their recruiter, including a presentation. Coding test to be done in 1 week (2-3 hours per day). Even after accomplishing all their tasks on time considering clean code, good practices, etc... they simply told me they opted for another candidate - although the position is still open. Not a problem only in this company, but the technical criteria could be minimally transparent and a feedback could be given to avoid any speculation about the process fairness. Candidates spend several hours in a test. A fair feedback by phone wouldn't last not even 15 min. But this is a free market: companies can do whatever they want - and we can criticize them however we want here.

Dos entrevistas en total. Primera con recursos humanos, segunda con el equipo técnico. Unos días luego de la segunda se contactaron para coordinar una tercera pero esa fue solo para hacer una oferta.
