Interview
1st Round of interview was online with 55 mins discussion on resume and past experience with detailed discussions of projects and fitment to qualify for the 2nd round.
For 2nd round, called at office and made to wait 3 hours for the interviewer and then sent back without interview on account of non availability of Interviewer.
Then never called back again for interview.

Interview
Easy and it was online along with the recruiter consultant and it started on time. No cross questions except who else was involved with you.. He was expecting that someone should be involved during process improvements but honestly in 1st 2 years there were no hiring the operations was getting set up

1) Tell me what have you done previously (Improvements - KPI, challenges etc)
2) He would ask about team management experience
