the interview had first round discussion and technical evaluation with hiring manager, followed by another technical discussion with L2 manger and final discussion with finance head on general evaluation and confirmation and closing with the HR round.

During the interview, I felt that the team was genuinely interested in my well-being and wanted to understand my motivations for applying to the position. This human touch made me feel valued and encouraged me to be more open and honest in my responses.

2 - 3 Step process. Preliminary interview with standard screening questions. Then moved onto a virtual interview and was supposed to be with a manager for the position. The manager never made it to the interview and I excused myself after waiting almost 10 minutes. Interviewer apologized and tried to say this type of unprofessionalism never happens but I very much doubt it as they didn't actually seem surprised that the other person blew off the meeting they way they had. I was told there would be follow up same day but I never did hear back. All around it speaks volumes about the obvious unprofessional standards that this organization clearly upholds and expects from its workers. I would probably steer clear if you have any other options.
