Interview
First round was technical written round based on c,c++ and java .Second round was technical f2f round after completing two rounds I got call from company regarding interview process for next round. I interviewed for third technical round but it was quite difficult.The interview is based on Core Java , HTML , CSS.The interview process toke 4 days.

Interview
As the interview was for freshers the interview was supposed to be based on Java, SQL. And to what I felt the process was not fair enough, 3 guys differently interviewed different candidates, by interviewing this way how are they gonna know whose better candidate, because one who might have done good with one interviewer because he was asked simple stuff and got selected might not actually be good than the candidate who was interviewed by another interviewer and not selected only because the question asked to him were way too much than one would expect from a fresher. Is it not unfair done to the second candidate ! Doing this they're totally being unfair to the candidates.
And i cross verified with the fellow candidates if the level of questions asked were same to make sure if the interview process was fairly done, and to what i got to know all weren't same. Some got really easy and some too difficult.
And this is what happened with me !
The interviewer who interviewed me was a guy with 3+ years of experience and asked me way difficult question than one would regularly ask of a fresher, it was like I was attending interview for a position which asks for 1.5+ years of experience ! I still did my best, I tried explaining in the best way I could as a fresher, i answered 80% of the questions that were asked to me, but yet I was rejected. Another candidate was interviewed by an interviewer who himself was newly selected to the company with like 1or 1.5 years of experience and he asked the candidate very basic topics and that candidate was selected.
So i felt I was rejected because of the unfair process of interview and not because I was less competent than any other candidate !
