The interviewees were lovely, on time, asked good questions, and were interested in getting to know me. The only minor negative was that there was no feedback at the end.

I applied for the role online via BOF jobs, and was contacted a few days later to ask more about my salary expectations and notice period. I was then invited into the London office for an in person interview. I was interviewed by two people, the head of product and a senior product developer. They were nice, but there wasn't much friendly chat and it was straight into the formal interview style questions. They asked me about my past experience and asked quite in depth specific questions, and how I would problem solve/ overcome specific scenarios. I was then given more information on the role and the company structure. It was mentioned in the interview that the job is demanding and there will be frequent periods where I wold be required to work overtime (unpaid). I left the interview feeling unsure on how I felt about the company culture and work environment, as it seemed very serious and not super friendly. I was offered a position about a week after the interview, however I ended up declining the offer as the salary was lower than the salary expectation I had provided.
