I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ELM Global (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2017
Interview
1st interview is brief 15-20 minutes
2nd interview is about 2 hours long
ELM is legitimate, I see their growth and leadership. I don't personally like to travel, but there is definitely some national travel and maybe international travel for employees selected. That was mentioned twice.

Interview
i applied for the manager in training position.
First Interview: there were a couple of candidates in the office, some were there for another company. my interview time was at 2pm, i waited about 30 minutes before being called inside. the interviewer asked a couple of questions and told me a bit about the company and how they wanted to expand more. she told me they had an administrative position and said they'd let me know, if not they'd want to keep going through with the manager in training but id start out as an account executive. the interview didn't last long, maybe like 5-10 minutes. i got a call for a 2nd interview that same day.
2nd interview: my interview was at 10am. I had to wait again to be called. the man took another candidate and I to a different meeting room in a lower floor. he asked what position we were looking for and told us more about the company. i asked him about pay and he said its all commission based and didn't elaborate further. he mentioned he wanted to train people to become managers because they plan on opening more offices within the next 4-5 months. the other candidate that interviewed with me seemed very under qualified, hadn't even finished college yet. I told them that if hired I wouldn't be able to start until a week later and the same day I received an email stating my orientation was the very next day, so i declined my offer.

Interview
Panel of interviewers, behavioral questions were asked. There were about 6 people in the room with the direct manager included. There was a rotation going between employees and they would ask questions one by one and would write down your answers as you spoke. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and it’s fine.
