It was good and not too difficult. Wasn't too long and the people were very friendly. Would definitely do it again. The whole process took about 3 weeks but not to bad.

Automated online interview with pre-set questions. Answers were recorded. Afterwards I was contacted and invited to an in person group interview with one other applicant at the EFY offices in Provo, Utah.

How will working for EFY benefit your future career?
The interview process was long enough that I felt I could demonstrate my previous experience to them, but short enough that it wasn't overwhelming. Very warm and friendly person interviewing me, professional, asked insightful questions. I did not feel intimidated during the interview and felt that I could be my best self while talking with the interviewer, which I think is really important for any interview environment.
