Video Interview as a first screening. 3 questions, with 30 to 45 seconds of preparation time, and about 1 minute to answer. There are a couple of questions to prepare, and overall it takes only 6 and a half minutes.

second stage - answering 3 questions on virtual video interview - 15 seconds prep time and 30 seconds answer, cannot review nor resubmit answers
