The best was having some sick leave allowance with full pay in the year. The worst was having to work 24/7/7 without any extra compensation or consideration, no added benefits to the base salary, and no appreciation. My hourly average if taken into account that I had to work from 8am to 2am came to be something around €6/hour which is below minimum wage.
there are very few benefits or bonuses at EF. The low cost model contributes to this.
