I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Boston, MA) in May 2015
Interview
The first interview was a phone screening. Fairly normal, a lot of character based questions. I interviewed from across the country so I could not do an in person interview, so we did it over the phone. The second phone interview consisted of character based questions, sales scenarios, and then a Q and A. I am still waiting to hear back about the third and final interview. Its been about a 4 week process so far. I did rather poorly on the scenarios, but the interview gave me feedback and advice on all of the questions.

Interview
I have one first round interview. The recruiter wasn't interested at all, and was highlighting how challenging this job is and whether I'm sure I want to apply for it. She followed the basic interview format, never asked follow up questions.
