It's a group interview. So there are 8 of you all going for the same position and you don't know how many they are looking to hire. The group atmosphere is tough - you don't want to be the one to be too obnoxious or the one who is too quiet. You first all interview with HR & then with about 10 supervisors.

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.
