My friend referred me to a position and I was able to meet with the Regional Director the following day. Everything moved quickly - I met with the team manager and all 5 team members in one day. It was a long day but the interview questions were standard and it was a very positive experience. After meeting with the team, I knew I wanted the position. I was called back for a second interview with the Vice President and later found out it was to ensure that I was a team personality fit which I actually appreciated that the VP cared to meet with entry level staff.

kennelernen mit Vorgesetzten und Teamkollegen - sehr sympathisches und herzliches Gespräch "kennenlernen" - habe mich direkt sehr wohl gefühlt viel von mir erzählt es ging in erster linie darum zu gucken ob ich ins team passe daher war ich auch entspannter und hatte die Möglichkeit ebenfalls einfach zu gucken ob das zwischenmenschliche passt. Das ich für den Job geeignet bin was die Qualifikation angeht stand ohnehin außer Frage. Alles in allem sehr positiv. Flache Hierachien respektvolles und herzliches miteinander

Very long. It seams that people who work there had nothing better to do that day but to interview me. A lot of repetition in questions. This was not a positive or learning experience.

Das Gespräch war ganz angenehm und locker, wodurch ich einen guten ersten Eindruck bekam. Dies änderte sich jedoch schnell, da ich überhaupt keine Rückmeldung erhalten habe. Selbst als ich extra nochmal anrief um nachzufragen, wie es denn jetzt weitergeht und ob sie sich entschieden haben, wurde ich nur hingehalten und habe danach nie wieder etwas von EF gehört. Durch dieses Verhalten schätze ich nun die komplette Unternehmenskultur negativ ein und bin froh, dass ich dort nicht anfangen werde zu arbeiten.
