Skype; semi-informal chat. Lasted about 45 min or so, nothing difficult or that was unforeseeable. However once selected I had to go to a training day in London - dates were provided very late (as was my contract) so this meant flights were expensive

It was a very nice interview with very enthusiastic staff that are looking to provide a memorable summer for everyone involved in their company. They were very clear on what they wanted and required
Very smooth and engaging, we talked about the background and qualifications, hours, experience and expectations, the interviewer seemed to be very happy with what she is doing right now. Very pleasant experience.

Altogether is good. They will introduce themself and talk about the role details and then ask you to introduce yourself. After that, they will ask you ~ 4 scenario questions.
