It was a pleasant experience. The process was quick. A friend of mine told me about the job and I applied online. First I had a phone interview and a few days after I was invited for an interview with the school director face to face. The next day I got an answer... luckily it was yes!

Interview
I met initially with a representative from HR and Finance, spoke to them for about 20 minutes then met with a current CS manager for about 25 minutes. Interview was fairly laid back, the questions asked are general in nature more to find out about the candidate personally.
