In-person interview after emailing resume. Sat in a lobby with others to interview, which wasn't too stressful all things considered. The interview is pretty easy if you have any EFL experience.

Classroom teaching example. You have to meet with managers and prepare an example teaching exercise. You take a grammar point make a lesson hand out papers and give lesson.
30 minutes phone call screening then in person interview with a panel. Friendly and encouraging interviewers. Overall the process took about 2 weeks from when I applied to when I had my final interview

So easy it was more like a sales pitch. Be prepared to talk about experience with children. It was over zoom, so have good internet.
