I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF Education First in May 2024
Interview
Spoke with manager and school director. Very friendly and relaxed, they seemed genuinely interested in my experience and my answers. Were very clear about working hours, pay, and job description.
I applied online. I interviewed at EF Education First (York, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview was simple, as I am doing a very similar job in my country. The interview was online, and I was asked to choose a day. However, on the day of the interview, they told me to reschedule it for a week later (15 minutes before the interview). I accepted because I was interested in the job. The interview itself was simple, lasting a maximum of 15-20 minutes. I was able to answer everything, and I thought it went well. They told me they would let me know, but a month has passed, and I haven’t received any feedback. They haven't been transparent about the salary; they told me they would let me know a month before the job started.

How do you think you can handle working with a lot of students?
I applied via LinkedIn by sending my CV then I had one online interview, then one in person which was less formal and more just to see the school and meet the staff in person.
