I interviewed at ECS Virtual Support (Johannesburg)
Interview
It was really good. The team was very welcoming and delightful. The questions asked was professional and personal based. There was also behavioral question and a case study to review and present to the team.
I applied online. I interviewed at ECS Virtual Support (Santa Clara, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
Literally just go directly through Arise.platform instead of getting scammed. The whole interview was a group session between with ~30 people. They couldn't answer any real questions and just went on. My first instinct was a MLM scheme but I realized later on that they really just want to pay people as little as possible. They also lie like snakes saying we're "special candidates" and that they'll pay upwards of $100K/y.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ECS Virtual Support (Jersey City, NJ) in Apr 2023
Interview
My first interview with the company took FOUR whole hours, for a virtual customer service job. Four hours of rigorous assessment after assessment, I passed it all only to fill in my sensitive information, my ssn and to be told I didn’t qualify for the last round. If I did qualify, the company expects you to go through a four week unpaid training, which I think is honestly absurd. But I was desperate for a job so I was going to go through that as well. Now I’m thankful I didn’t, because I started looking up their reviews and apparently they don’t pay, and when they do it’s peanuts. Going through all these hoops just to get screwed over at the end is ridiculous. I wish I looked them up before wasting my time.
