Interview
Initial screening with hiring manager, additional meeting with team, step-up meeting with AVP and wrap up with hiring manager. Questions were experience and behavior based. After these meetings, I was told I was the final candidate and asked to meet with the VP.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EBSCO Information Services (Boston, MA)
Interview
Fairly straightforward but red flags along the way. The red flags having to do with the fact that I sensed a fairly political culture with people at the more senior levels seemingly in competition with each other. There was also defensiveness about glassdoor reviews that had recently been posted. I hadn't seen them at the time but you can believe me, I checked them out afterwards. There were many stemming from the summer of this year. I have since noted more positive reviews being posted. That also makes me suspicious.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EBSCO Information Services (Ipswich, MA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was very thorough and was conducted in stages; telephone interview first, followed by in-person interviews. After the first interview, I was asked to return for a second (more in-depth) meeting, with additional management. The process is lengthy, but well organized and the questions asked were obviously designed to ensure mutual compatibility for the role.
