Interview
Had an interview with the Head of School and Associate Head of School; neither was my direct line manager. Held over Zoom. Lasted about 40 minutes. Spoke about previous teaching experience and my particular experience with the IB programme.

Describe a time you had a difficult student. How did you handle it? (behaviour managerment question)
Great experience. Positive culture which was conveyed during the interview process. Asked good and impactful questions. Were genuinely curious about me and my experiences. Met with different people who had different ranks as well. All were lovely, professional and the experience was pretty much as expected.
