      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Duo Security (Ann Arbor, MI) in Feb 2019

      Interview

The process began with a 30-min phone screen with the recruiter, Nate. He was knowledgeable and very friendly during the call. We reviewed my experience, what I knew about Duo, and discussed why I was interested in the role. This was followed by a written exercise and phone screen with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked more specific questions about my qualifications and experience related to the role. A day or so later, I was invited to an in-person interview in their Ann Arbor office. The in-person interview consisted of 4, 30-45 minute meetings with current TSE Managers, a Knowledge and Communities Manager, and the hiring manager for the role. It was very conversational, and they were all extremely welcoming. My interview took place on a Monday and I received a call from the recruiter that Friday with an offer. Throughout the process, the recruiter stayed in constant communication with me to provide any updates he had. I had a very positive experience which made accepting their offer a no-brainer.
