Initially invited to interview for the Academic Coach position but I was told during said conversation: “we’re looking for someone older”? Felt like a bait and switch situation. Minor red flag. Ended up interviewing for another position at their office, they were quite friendly. One interviewer was a bit too casual/a bit too personal. Challenged me (on my own answer) as to why I left a job? Which was another red flag. Did a performance task, answered a few more interview questions, and went off on my way. The whole process lasted about 2-2 1/2 hours. Nothing to write home about, but it was a very nice office space!
