I submitted my application through LinkedIn and promptly received a response. I replied on the same day, indicating my availability for an interview. It took the HR department two weeks to schedule the first interview. In this interview, we discussed the next steps, including a second interview. However, instead of proceeding to the second interview, I got ghosted. Very unprofessional.
