The interview process felt chaotic. Interviewers didn’t seem to know what the next stage was or how many rounds were left. It made the experience confusing, unorganized, and frustrating from a candidate’s perspective.

How would you implement search for web app. Starting from REST API req/res json formats.
How to solve slow custom reports for users ( accounting well known reports )
No screening by HR, enginering management or whatsoever, just a link to take a technical test (30 minutes quiz + 30 minutes coding exercise) which requires you to share your camera, mic and entire screen with an AI. ME AND AN AI. Totally Appaling.
This is what talent adquisition looks like in 2025.
Needless to say that never took the test.
Questions regarding factors playing a role in speedy software delivery + some related to technologies used. While there was no upfront requirement for a particular technology, some specific ones are preferred. No feedback after the recruitment process.
