Their Indian CEO interviewed me and it was general technical round and then within 2 hrs. immediately I was offered from their HR. I was offered by their Human Resources department based on the technical interview and I accepted the offer and then I resigned immediately from my new organization where I just started working 10-12 days back at that time. Before going for my resignation I confirmed with their HR. So, it was everything fine at both end. But, after few days releasing their offer to me which I already accepted and I was ready for on boarding process, I was told for the another round with their client. After having interview with their client they canceled my offer and then I was totally hopeless because I already resigned from my recently joined employer. If there was another technical round interview then HR should have informed me before going to release my offer letter and this is the ideal process in every organization. The whole process were done by their team. So, there is nothing wrong from my side. It happened because of their people who were involved in the hiring process. we all are facing bad time of COVID and IT industry and this organization and their management made me Jobless for almost 2 months. Also after asking 1 month compensation they threatened me. I will strongly recommend that this type of Organization must be black listed in the IT industry, who are brokers in IT industry only and running an organization and play game with career very easily.
