Draper James interview questions

The interview went pretty smooth, it was just a casual conversation about my background. After I did the interview, I was told that I would have to have a second interview with a different store manager, because the DM was no longer with the company because of a family issue. The store manager sent me an email asking me to set up times, she never got back with me, so I sent her another email with different times. She said thank you and that we will definitely set up a time but things have been very busy. After a couple of weeks, she finally reached back out to me, saying the position has been filled. When I was applying for the position, I saw another comment that said they basically got ghosted during the hiring process. Even though I didn’t get ghosted I definitely felt like my time was wasted. I think it’s very inconsiderate.
