Interview was done in a friendly kind of setting, positive energy from the interviewer. Not that stressful. Interviewer patiently given proper layout of what is the job about and understandable.

Very informative and friendly type of session with a knowledgeable interviewee. Allowed to ask many questions as much we want. One hour session was felt like too long but host was more than happy to share many valuable information about salary increment segments and factors that will lead for salary increment.
