Introductions and backgrounds were discussed. Very informative, manager was friendly and very straightforward with duties that would involve job. Benefits were talked about as well as hours and expected sales.

Interview
The interview was done with two other candidates at the same time which I was not a fan of.
Then the interview went from asking general questions about past work experience to us having to go on the floor and have a mini competition piecing together a morning to night outfit. Then the interviewer picked a winner. In my opinion unprofessional and unnecessary.
