Interview
They have you meet in a room and if you show up on time and have a smart phone they give you the job. The meeting consists of giving you basic information about how to do the work and use the software. They give you an insulated bag and a company debit card and send you off to go and work.

Do you have the doordash software installed on your phone?
There was no interview it was just documentation - license, safety in driving, etc. As long as you have a good record there's no particular selection process. And as long as there are enough open spots in your area you can easily join after submitting all the paperwork.
Very quick and easy, less than 5 minutes. i sent them all of my personal info and created an account. They performed a back ground check right on the spot and once I passed I was able to start accepting jobs.
It was a super easy interview and easy questions. Just be confident and everything will workout. Try to answer the questions that you get to the best of your ability. Honestly would recommend this as a first job to anyone with a vehicle.
