I did two different first-round screenings from someone in LA and in Austin. Was told I moved on to the second round by both people but then got an email saying I wasn't moving along in the process.

I applied via the website. Within a week I had a recruiter reaching out to schedule a phone interview. I have never felt so disregarded. The interviewer didn't even care to ask me more questions other than asking me about "myself". I gave some basic info, but he spent no time asking anything else. I asked a few questions, and he immediately said he would pass on the feedback and they'd be in touch. Note to recruiters, be present and pretend to give a crap about the people you're interviewing.
