There was no interview process. Doordash just had myself and other independent contractors I know, fill out a questionnaire that asked only about my drivers license and vehicle. They had me sign a release to check my license status and motor vehicle driving history.

The interview was just a talk about how the app works and how you get the deliveries to your phone, before that you should have done a background check from an independent company
