You sit in the showroom, and then 3-4 of the managers come out to talk to you individually. Usually a couple desk managers, and a SEM, or whoever is available honestly. They ask standard interview questions, mainly trying to figure out what motivates you, if you are a good fit for the culture, and if you have good people skills and can be personable and wont be a problem. The managers say a couple words to each other and talk about it during and after the interview to see if it is a fit. Pretty much if one of the managers likes you, and nobody was super turned off they will hire you. High turnover rate so need salesman. (make sure to dress nice, and do research about the owners first and what they do for the community)
