Stay away. I got all the way to an offer, but once I got the contract, it had extraordinarily aggressive terms which Unionen strongly advised me not to accept. Specifically, the non-compete clause has an "arbitration" clause that effectively lets them make baseless claims against you if you try to leave, and then drag things out in arbitration forcing you to pay high arbitration fees until you run out of money and are forced to give up. All this is possible even if you don't go to an actual competitor - they just have to make the claim that you did and then waste time. Because it's arbitration instead of real court, they can get away with it and there's very little the Union can do to help you. The Union guy I talked to said "I would never advise anyone to accept terms like this under any circumstances."
I raised this issue with Doktor.se, and they said they would fix the contract, then a few days later changed their mind and said they wouldn't. They probably did this in hopes that I would turn down my other offer during that time.
Stay away from these guys, seriously. Don't even waste your time interviewing there.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Doktor.se (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jun 2022
Interview
First interview was an online meeting with the recruiter. Personal questions, nothing tech related. Nice interview. Second interview was online technical interview with one of the Engineer Mangers, Recruiter and Senior Dev. It was overall a good experience and nice people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A lot of questions about React and FE development, how you think when tackling difficulties, how would you approach this problem, when do you feel like you learn the most etc. It was a nice and reasonable interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Doktor.se (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jun 2021
Interview
After sending in an application a HR representative made a short call, this led on to an interview with the head of M&A, which was quite informal. Some time after this interview the HR representative called with the results.
