Doga (Spain) interview questions

Just at the start of interview, you feel that they bring that "untrusty feeling" and add many tests (numerical, psychometrical, technical language tests) and even if you are far away, they want you to have a physical interview at your expenses ( even if international which indicates they are mean and that does not happen with other companies). After performing the requested tests, the HR doesn´t even bother to reply to your email. I believe it is a typical company of the old school. They don´t examine your skills and success and how you can that contribute, they are only focus on your performing the tests. They come with "untrusty" questions such as why have you changed in your career a few times of positions, which I have not seen in others "open minded" international companies.
