Interview
Multiple interviews with different people in management. Mostly conversational. No real technical vetting procedure or any test projects. Very professional and knowledgeable people throughout the interview process, but I am unsure how they qualify candidates.

Interview
I applied through their online website. I got a call from their HR within a day and had an interview scheduled after two days. The interview is a two step process. The first round was easy and straight forward, they asked me about the projects I have done in my courses. They then scheduled a second interview a day later and the interview started off with basic java questions (it was for a Java position) and then the difficulty level increased once all the basic questions were answered. They wanted to know how good i am in Java. They also asked me to create a Login application which I have done. They were really happy with the way I coded and was offered a job. The entire hiring process took around couple of weeks.

Question 1
Unexpected questions for me were the ones on databases like stored procs, triggers. They were basic questions but I was not prepared. The interviewer helped me in understanding some Database principles when I was not able to answer. The real intention of the interview looked like they wanted to test on the fundamentals.
