The interview consisted of one phone screening followed by two virtual interviews. After the phone screening, the firm will ask for a writing sample that entails you developing a proposal. First round of interview, you will meet senior level staff and they will grill you if you don't know anything about the parking industry (pretty easy to tell if they like you or not). Second round of interview, you will meet the president who is very nice but won't stop talking about herself. Overall, make sure you prep on your parking background and fake it till you make it!
