Submitted my application online.
Went in and dropped off a paper copy too
Came in and met multiple levels of management.
Talked about schedule, pay, expectations, etc and insurance.
Talked about how to use computers and clocking in and lunchbreaks.
Very quick and easy. Basic interview questions.
Just show some product knowledge or make up and that you are there to help build customers confidence and you’re for sure. Get the job when I interviewed. I interviewed with two separate people for two days and the third day I was offered a position.

Easy, Asked about my background and experience related to the position. Only had to do one interview and if you get the job you do training for about two weeks.
