I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dillard's (Houston, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
10 minute interview on why you want to work there as well talk a little bit about yourself. Just talk about yourself and your experience and what you can bring to Dillard's. As well ask about the company and why they are there or how did they end up there.
it was good and easy, simple questions, 2 2-step interviews, one was with the ASM and the other was with the store manager. Good place to work for college students with flexable hours
I applied online. I interviewed at Dillard's (Greensboro, NC)
Interview
Very simple, and easy. Straight to the point. The manager at the time was easy to talk to and nice. I had to go to the third floor at interview in the back where the gift wrapping is.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dillard's (San Angelo, TX) in Jun 2023
Interview
Very laid back and fast. Took less than 15 minutes. They thought I was coming in to interview for a sales position and so sent a sales manager to interview me. He knew nothing about the position but asked someone in the department to explain the day to day to me.
