Initial informal chat with senior manager, then hour interview with senior change manager from team. Second interview was pretty laid back and asked role based questions which were easy enough to answer.

A one step interview process, friendly and informal. Spoke about previous projects I had been involved in. Spoke about analysis techniques I had previously used. A relaxed atmosphere during the interview.
