I was interviewed for a research analyst position focused on a specific country. The initial interview was quite short, but it was followed by a few stages, including theoretical and practical components. It wasn’t too complicated if you come from a legal field or have prior research experience.

Question 1
Very basic questions about experience related to the position being interviewed for.
A 1 hour writing assessment, where you need to write a summary given several articles. there are some choice questions as well such as identify the subsidiary given an article.
Three interviews, with people who are very kind and understanding, it wasn't a difficult process and the company is very open to your input. The interviews were not long and the interviewers got to the point.

The interview was through a recruiter, and have four rounds. The first was the HR/recruiter, the second was with the Team Leads, the third was a task and a final round was with the Department Lead.
