Started with an Interview with the hiring manager followed by a Case study assignment. Was ghosted for several weeks and then told they went with an internal candidate. No HR communications throughout the process at all.

Interviewed in March 2023 Round 1 - Recruiter was very friendly and informative. Overall good experience. Round 2 - CMO had more technical questions and really wanted to understand your thought process from a technical viewpoint. Overall good experience. Round 3 - CEO seemed very disinterested in the call and wasn’t looking at me most of the time which was challenging. Overall a bit discouraging. Ghosted after the third round. I think they’re a great company but I do wish the interview process was less of a one way street as I didn’t get any sense of company culture here.
