      Project Manager Interview

      19 Sept 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Washington, DC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Digitalibiz (Washington, DC) in Sept 2019

      Interview

Two brief phone calls followed by in-person interview with program manager and current person in the role. The in-person interview lasted less than 45 minutes, was very friendly and was a good back-and-forth.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

No real tricky questions. Upfront about asking my experience, describing the position, seeing if I would be a good fit and if i was interested. That was the phone interview. The in-person seemed like it was really to 'feel me out' and see if I would fit and knew general Project Management processes; a good dialogue. I asked more questions than they did!
