I thought the process was very smooth! The re-org activity created a delay between my chat with Jason and the panel interviews, but that's to be expected, and Chung set clear expectations and was communicative and lovely throughout.

Question 1
I really liked the emphasis on strategy, metrics, and translating user experience to value and revenue in the questions I was asked. I also appreciated how clear the interviewers were about needing someone who could step in and provide the research team with some TLC and development.
