I applied for the "Product Owner" role at Diconium online. Got a call from the HR, we discussed the role etc.and then he asked about my salary expectations. When I told my current salary + benefits, he realized my current salary is more than the limit for one level higher position that what I am interviewing for. Instead of saying, "Sorry we can't pay you so much, goodbye", the HR started pointing out how am I not experienced enough to earn a lower salary than I currently earn. Seriously, Thank you but no Thank You!
