Very informal. No agenda. No real inquiry. Only met two people in the business. Interviewer was dressed scruffy and late. clearly had not read my resume and hadn't considered skills and experience.

Interview
I applied online and after a couple of days they invited me in for an interview. The interview went well and everyone was very friendly. However, I never heard back from them after this. Of course, I understood that I didn't get the job but I still sent a couple of emails to confirm their decision, as I thought I deserved an answe to my application, only to be ignored.
I understand that recruiters can't reply to every application they receive but I find it extremely disrespectful that they would stop the communication after they asked me in for an interview, for which I had to take time off work.
