Devoteam Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead interview questions

Starts with a phone interview with HR, then I received an invitation for an online test containing logical, language and personality questions. Then two interviews I had online, first was with 2 managers and the second with a director. All the interviews were good and interviewers professional, but after finishing the final one I was told I would receive an answer in 1 or 2 days. 2 weeks after, still no answer and even when messaging the recruiter to follow up I still didn't get a reply more than a week after. A yes or no (or still ongoing) reply would be much appreciated and professional to respect all the time a candidate dedicates for the process.
