Overall the interview process is smooth. But it's a very long process. I received a feedback on my application months after I applied. The process will begin with attending a written test. If you're lucky enough, you may attend the interview straight after, else, they will call/email to notify you the test result. Once successful, you will then need to attend the interview. The interview was conducted by the head of HR, CEO & head of the department that you applied.
