I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deutsche Beverage Technology in Nov 2023
Interview
They were very honest and transparent throughout the process. When it was clear that I wasn't a fit for the position after a couple of interviews, they looked forwarded my info to a few other departments where I could be considered.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deutsche Beverage Technology in Feb 2022
Interview
Interview process involved three rounds total. The first was a call with the hiring manager that was very casual. It felt much more of a conversation rather than an interview with questions like “What do you enjoy doing in your free time?” The second and third interview consisted of two 45 - 60 minute interviews each conducted by two employees. I was interviewed by a total of six people from roles varying from other Project Managers to the President . I was given an offer intially. I used salary data from Glassdoor as part of my negotiation, but the company took offense to this and revoked my offer. Post offer, the company seemed to lack professionalism. The hiring manager refused to contact me post negotiation to address concerns and relied on the hiring agency to rescind my offer. Seems like I dodged a bullet.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were primarily behavioral ones that often referred to telling a time when you solved a problem with a customer or coworker. Another common question was whether I was comfortable working with my hands.
