I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank in Dec 2009
Interview
1st stage: 1 campus interview with 2 people from the business division I applied for.
2nd stage: AC
1 Numerical test --the questions were not too difficult but it was hard to finish all of them in time.
Three 30 min interviews:
1 case study (presentation): I was given a booklet contains several emails, company info, company news and industry/financial news (some seemed quite random) to read for 40 min and I was allowed to take notes. After that the booklet was taken away until 5 mins before the case study interview. I presented the case study to a MD. I found it quite difficult to come up with a fully thought answer within such a short period of time.
2 general interviews (1:1): mostly competency questions and why DB, why IBD.
Culture and People:
People are generally very friendly and approachable. I felt that DB really cares about their (potential) employees as I even received handwritten X'mas card from HR!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (New York, NY) in Jan 2024
